World Brain Awareness Week
Rome, March 13 - 17
As part of World Brain Awareness Week, the campaign coordinated by the European Dana Alliance for the Brain in Europe and the Dana Alliance for Brain Initiatives in the United States, the Sapienza Graduate School in Neuropsychology has organized a five-day programme dedicated to raising the awareness of young men and women, adults and senior citizens on the importance of understanding our most complicated and mysterious organ: the human brain.

World Brain Awareness Week, which will be held on March 13-19, 2017, aims to promote the regular monitoring of the cognitive status to allow timely intervention in case of need.

The “Mind Check-ups” Project includes a series of information days and free screening tests in various Roman pharmacies, where neuropsychology residents which will provide informative materials on dementia prevention and intervention.
