Botanical Gardens, Largo Cristina di Svezia 24, Rome

On September 15-22 (except for Sunday, Sept. 16), the Sapienza Botanical Gardens will host international artists who will exhibit 8 works of art inspired by the museum’s ecosystem: lightness, gravity, vertical escapes, metamorphoses and suspensions. The works by international artists James Hillman, Andrew Iacobucci, Jerico, M_O, Moneyless, Giulia Mangoni, Sbagliato and Gianfranco Toso will emerge from the many plant species showcased at the museum.

At the exhibition inauguration, on Saturday 15, RadioCircolo will present the sound system installed throughout the 12 hectares of the botanical gardens. Moreover, during the course of the day, Claudio Fabrianesi, Paquita Gordon, table master Sanjay Kansa Banik and new live projects by Filippo Scorcucchi, Low Gravity and Filippo Brancadoro will provide visitors with a full immersion experience in art, sound and nature.

On Saturday 15 and 22, there will be free guided visits at 11:30 am and 4:30 pm. Children will be able to participate in free labs at 10:30 am and 3:30 pm.
